Since the end of 2017, I have been immersed in the world of professional massage, having graduated from Blue Heron Academy. My journey began at a local massage studio where I honed my skills in deep tissue and developed a highly customizable relaxation massage technique.
Driven by a deep passion for healing and well-being, I’ve decided to embark on a new chapter. Teaming up with my partner, we are excited to channel the knowledge and experience gained from working with other studios into creating our own haven of relaxation and rejuvenation.
In my spare time, I cherish moments with my significant other, indulging in our shared love for tv shows and movie nights. I personally have a love for video games with my friends online. During the summer months, you might find me soaring through the sky, as I’m a licensed solo skydiver who enjoys the exhilaration of jumping out of planes.

Hi, I’m Marissa! I have been a massage therapist for about 5 years now, currently co-owner of Massage Away LLC. I have always enjoyed helping people heal and that is what drove me to become a Massage Therapist. Anything from headaches, neck pain, shoulders to low back and hips, I strive to help your aches and pains. I like to do hot stones and cupping as modalities. As well as deep tissue, prenatal, therapeutic and relaxation. When I am not working I enjoy reading, Disney, watching shows, and spending time with my family and friends.

Besides working for Massage Away, I also run my own pallet business and worked within the local school system. I’m fluent in American Sign Language, and hope to learn another language this year.
I’ve been with the love of my life, Brad, for over 8 years. I’m the proud mother of 2 absolutely great young adults, have 2 wonderful step daughters, and 1 fantastic grandson.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing, reading, puzzles, watching movies, and hanging out with our yellow lab, Denali.
